ABOUT THE TEAM
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be a part of a growing team that is collaborating with teams across the entire organization, making sure our applications are reliable and highly available.

We have a cloud-first strategy, and you will have the opportunity to be a part of technology and tooling decision-making processes in our team, as well as work on a variety of interesting projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Monitor and ensure alerting of our applications, making sure that they are running smoothly
  • Continuously improve the security of our infrastructure, by upgrading, maintaining, and mitigating security risks
  • Collaborate closely with the development teams to understand the business needs, ensuring a great experience for our customers
  • Be involved in projects to improve our processes and applications, like containerization and cloud migrations
  • Work with a cutting-edge tech stack, including AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Datadog, and GIT, just to name a few
  • Handle incidents and post-mortem analysis for highly critical applications, and offer on-call support on a rotational basis
YOUR PROFILE
  • You are an expert in cloud concepts, preferably AWS
  • You are no stranger to configuration management, Terraform, containerized computing, or source control
  • You have experience with integrating monitoring tools, APMs, and have worked with logging solutions and CI/CD pipelines
  • You understand Linux, networking concepts, and have programming skills
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, changing environment and are passionate about sharing your knowledge both verbally and by keeping documentation up to date
  • You have solid experience with a scripting language like Bash or Python
