YOUR MISSION
Become a Senior Software Engineer (m/f/x) at comstruct to develop our data platform. You will also take part in scaling the architecture, building/guiding the tech team and solving complex challenges.
As one of the first employees in our start-up, you will redefine IT and data exchange within the construction industry. You will hybridly join our Munich office and work on an eye-to-eye level with our founders.
- Develop core features and work hands-on within our tech stack
- Take over responsibility for a specific product area, e.g. integration
- Collaborate directly with our CTO to guide the development of the comstruct platform.
- Support and be part of decisions regarding our tech stack, infrastructure and tools that enable our team to build at scale
- Help building a custom machine learning model to enable automatic processing of inbound documents
- Coach and Mentor the engineering team
YOUR PROFILE
You have a proven track record of developing and shipping tech products at speed and scale.
On top of that, you have gained experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment, working in an early-stage start-up, with SaaS or Cloud Solutions
- You are an expert (5+ years) on at least three major programming languages, preferably Python and Typescript
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and testing scalable distributed systems
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, a drive to improve and to create output
- You like to work hands-on and to develop core features
- You are a team player, strong communicator and you are fluent in English
