Pacifico Energy Partners GmbH (“Pacifico”) is a renewable energy company for wind and solar energy as well as battery and hydrogen technologies. We develop greenfield projects, repower existing plants, provide state-of-the-art asset management services and facilitate the acquisition of operational and turn-key plants.
Your key accountabilities

  • Sell-side: Managing sales transaction processes of PV and wind power plants Pacifico aims to sell
  • Sell-side: Leading contract negotiations for Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) with potential buyers
  • Buy-side: Identifying, evaluating and managing upcoming investment opportunities for PV and wind power plants from sourcing to signing
  • Buy-side: Leading contract negotiations, e.g. for share purchases, EPC, O&M and power purchase agreements
  • Buy-side: Conducting due diligences covering the full spectrum of technical, commercial and legal topics
  • Shaping the team’s strategy by working closely with our CEO
  • Representing Pacifico at industry and networking events and stay on-top of trends and key markets

Requirements

  • Degree in Business or Engineering with a strong academic background
  • Working experience of at least three years (for senior position at least five years) for a project developer, independent power producer, investment firm, bank, consultancy or similar – preferably with a focus on renewable energy topics
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Fluency in English, German and other languages are preferable
