Our approach
We build prototypes and MVPs to test and iterate business ideas quickly in the market. Later, we scale and grow the most promising ones to let them become leading solutions in their market. We are full stack – from analytically sound investment theses over rapid MVPs to sophisticated deep-tech solutions, we have a variety of start-up projects ahead of us in several exciting verticals, such as FinTech, PropTech, Digital Health, Food & Beverage or MarTech. Among all corporate venture builders, we are the “strategic” one – we have a comprehensive view on strategy and governance questions around corporate venture building.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Over the last five years, we have developed a solid and comprehensive framework for corporate innovation with a very thick secret sauce that is not easy to copy.
You will be one of the first hires in our new Corporate Innovation Strategy practice and hence, you will help to build it from the ground up. You will apply your consulting skills to today’s questions of industry leaders around corporate innovation topics. In close collaboration with our clients and our partner team, you will develop strategies to generate long term impact. Conceptual strength, analytical thinking and passion for digital & technology is crucial. You will report directly to one of our co-founders.
Your key responsibilities include:
- As a Senior Consultant you are responsible for the end-to-end success of a full project team
- Identifying client’s key questions around corporate innovation topics
- Structuring complex situations and formulating solution hypotheses
- Independently drawing conclusions and formulating recommendations
- Driving board level decisions
- Setting up implementation strategies to create impact
- Be in regular communication with the client team and will take an important role in client interactions and presentations
- You will continue to have the opportunity to take leadership and mentorship roles within the firm
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for exceptional talent from a leading strategy consulting:
- You hold a master degree or higher in the field of business, science and engineering with outstanding academic results
- 2+ years of experience working in a leading strategy consulting firm with focus on technology/digital initiatives
- Ideally experience working in a startup environment
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel: 60-80%
- Full-time availability; part-time or freelance is not possible
