Pacifico Energy Partners GmbH (“Pacifico”) is a renewable energy company for wind and solar energy as well as battery and hydrogen technologies. We develop greenfield projects, repower existing plants, provide state-of-the-art asset management services and facilitate the acquisition of operational and turn-key plants.

Your key accountabilities

  • Originating, identifying, and assessing project development opportunities in the German market (solar, onshore wind, battery, and hydrogen assets)
  • Leading contract negotiations, e.g. to acquire project rights, secure land rights, engage engineering services
  • Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including project partners (investors, local utilities), engineering partners, landowners, authorities, grid operator and technical and legal advisors
  • Carrying out the initial layout planning for new projects
  • Conducting economical and risk assessments for development opportunities and ongoing projects
  • Managing the overall development process from project origination to commercial operation
  • Drive and adapt the project development strategy of Pacifico Energy Partners in Germany

Requirements

  • Master’s degree, preferably with an engineering or business focus (e.g., Renewable Energy, Civil/ Power/ Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering, Finance, Geography, Business Administration)
  • For Senior Associate position: Working experience of one to three years preferably for a project development, investment firm or similar
  • Strong team, communication, and project management skills
  • Positive, entrepreneurial, and energetic attitude
  • Fluent German (preferable native speaker) and English
  • Passion for the renewable energy transition
