Ideally, this role will be placed in Munich where our DACH Country Lead is located, but it is also possible to work remotely from other parts of Germany.

About the role

If you are ready for your next career challenge we can promise you we have the one! With Voyado you will sell the most user-friendly cloud-based loyalty platform on the market to primary retailers, e-commerce companies, and brands. Your main point of contact are C-levels and managers within marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and IT.

Together with the DACH Country lead and a dedicated SDR, your mission will be to take Voyado to the German-speaking market. This means landing new logos in a region where the brand Voyado is not as known as in Northern Europe and where we compete against household companies.

Your responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in building and growing our local awareness in Germany
  • Hunt down new business opportunities within the retail and D2C industry
  • Inherit and control the entire sales cycle from lead generation to signing the deal with the customer
  • Do research to understand the strategic and operational business needs of your target accounts and effectively communicate how Voyado will meet those
  • Deliver best-in-class use-case-specific pitches and demos to demonstrate the value of Voyado
  • Liaise with decision-makers, and economic buyers but also with operational contacts to get strong buy-in
  • Engage closely with partners, agencies, and SIs
  • Be a true Voyadoyer and build a personal brand by being present virtually and at events

You will have a lot of support from your colleagues in the SDR, partner and marketing teams, but it will be essential to do lead generation yourself and you will not shy away from cold calling

Skills & Background:

  • Experience in new business sales within retail, e-commerce, CRM, or digital marketing SaaS-solutions, with a successful track record
  • Experience in complex sales, having the skills and endurance to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of the processes and complexity in the omnichannel, PoS, and E-Commerce space
  • Ability to do product demos by showing the business value instead of features
  • Selling and communicating to C-levels (e.g. CMO, CDO) comes naturally to you
  • Language requirement: Successful candidates should be fluent in German and English. If you’re also able to communicate in Italian and/or French it is a big plus.

Experience with MEDDPICC methodology as well as having decision-makers in the retail industry, partners, agencies and SIs in your network is highly meritorious.
