NavVis is actively seeking dynamic and energetic working students who are keen to help shape the future of pre-sales support. In this role you will be responsible to engage and qualify inbound leads, craft a “plan of attack” to effectively spark curiosity, profile strategic accounts, identify and generate sales opportunities, and manage the qualification handover process. This integral role offers the opportunity for on-going training and development and is the right fit for someone with a strong desire to collaborate and contribute towards driving the overall sales performance of our DACH market.


You will work on:

  1. Develop opportunities for the sales team by prospecting and following up on inbound Marketing Leads through emails, phone calls, LinkedIn and other mediums
  2. Learn how to effectively communicate our value propositions and strong customer interaction skills
  3. Generate leads in your region of focus via market assessment and identification of the most promising customers and partners
  4. Demonstrate a tenacious and consistent achievement of contact activity quota and qualified opportunity handoff to contribute to your region’s revenue targets
  5. Begin the sales cycle through developing a client/partner approach strategy based on the relevant use case, identifying key players, industry, and expected sales cycle in your region
  6. Set appointments for qualified leads in your region of focus and manage handover to the sales team
  7. Ensure high-quality data by maintaining accurate activity and qualification information in our CRM

You have:

  • In-progress studies in business administration, economics, or innovation management, with a focus on technology, logistics, engineering, or manufacturing management or a related field of study
  • Experience in B2B sales, marketing and/or business development
  • Ambitious self-starter with an enthusiastic work ethic in a fast-paced environment·
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and listening skills
  • Interest in prospecting, networking, and building a pipeline of contacts
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Experience with CRM applications a plus
  • Native-like German language skills & good level of English
