We are looking for a passionate product marketing manager who will be a part of our growing marketing organization and help accelerate growth for our products. You will report to the VP Marketing.  As our Product Marketing Manager Germany you will have a direct impact on helping people lead healthier lives with solutions by Kaia Health. You will join our marketing team to be the central point person for one of our digital therapeutic applications. Your goal is to build strong relationships with the product, business development, sales and medical teams and to ensure alignment by developing and delivering a robust product marketing experience. You will be the subject matter expert to position our solutions to consumers and in the industry, own our digital product strategy and drive direction for the cross-functional product team. You will work along other members of the growing marketing team, like a copywriter, as well as CRM and growth marketing manager on daily business tasks, and of course cross-functionally with members of the product, medical, and business development teams. You are a highly motivated person and are passionate about user experience, healthcare, and mobile solutions. The role can be based in Munich or Berlin, and can be largely remote.

What you will be doing

    • Work with product and marketing colleagues to develop a consistent message around our therapies and their value to consumers and medical providers, and other stakeholders
    • Coordinate marketing activities with physicians in Germany, such as promotional product communication, marketing content for events, and training materials for our sales team/partners
    • Work with product, business development, our medical team, providers, industry contacts and clients to find the best way to ‘package’ our solutions
    • Centralize and share research and analysis to understand market trends, changes and opportunities within the market to inform future development
    • Work with internal and external stakeholders to help define our product marketing and communications strategy, ensure consistency and alignment of our timelines and plans
    • Analyze data, industry trends, and competitor landscape to identify opportunities for development and upsell
    • Work with other marketing team members to plan impactful data-driven marketing campaigns that build pipeline and deliver ROI

You will thrive in this role if you have:

    • Done it before: Have developed and executed product marketing strategy, at least 2+ years of experience
    • A strong collaborative personality – this role is as cross-functional as it gets and will require you to build partnerships with multiple teams
    • Research and data analysis experience
    • Experienced in delivering effective product marketing campaigns, ideally in the digital healthcare industry
    • Experienced in working with product or engineering teams to realize a market need and to drive growth and engagement
    • Excellent written and verbal skills in English and German
    • Attention to detail, time and project management skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent results
