Your tasks (Required)

As our Pre-Sales Engineer (m/f/d) you are an expert in positioning our inveox products, by identifying and matching technology opportunities with the customers objectives. You are ensuring that customization efforts of our inveox products and services are clearly defined and by speaking the customers language, you will demonstrate key attributes and values of individual products. As Pre-Sales Engineer (m/f/d) at inveox, you will also act as point of contact for all kind of technical questions about the services and products of inveox to the respective SME’s of our customers.

  • You are able to fully understand, articulate and sell the benefits of our products to global stakeholders, due to your detailed technical knowledge about the feature and capabilities of our products
  • You create a memorable positive experience, by timely answering all technical enquiries of our future customers during the sales process, using empathy, storytelling and demo of techniques
  • Your business knowledge and industry experience help you to identify challenges and trends, to develop a tailored value proposition and to determine the effort for standard installation and customization installation for the proposal phase
  • By participating in meetings with our customers, you identify and understand their problems, enabling you to develop an innovative solution based on the client’s technical portfolio. You then ensure that the implementation of the bespoke solution at the client’s site is on time and on budget.
  • As Pre-Sales Engineer (m/f/d) you engage as part of our sales team to achieve or exceed revenue targets and ensure that sales opportunities are tracked, analyzed and reported
  • You provide technical customer feedback to create and update inveox’s technical operating manuals and to ensure that sales materials are kept relevant and current
  • In addition, you support the development of the technical architecture and integration strategies by sharing customer feedback with our R&D Division.
Requirements (Required)
  • You bring several years of experience working in pre-sales, managing customer relationships and has a proven record of technical qualifications
  • You also have profound functional experience working within the healthcare and/or life sciences industry
  • You have profound knowledge of the standards and architectures used in the healthcare sector (HL7, FHIR, ITO (ITO Domains, etc..), Healthcare DataModel, etc.)
  • Your understanding of SaaS and IoT architecture is remarkable
  • Your are familiar with AZURE Cloud as well as AWS
  • You are an expert in Network, Firewall and Router configurations
  • You have experience in designing and developing IFU’s
  • You have the great ability to work with complex business requirements and translating them into precises solution design’s multi product demos, user story, business rules, etc.
  • You also understand the competitive landscape and you understand where the inveox products play within that landscape
  • You have strong oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills
  • You are highly self-motivated and a passionate team-oriented individual
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in German & English
