WHAT TO EXPECT
You will join a dynamic team of experienced professionals and young graduates, all working towards bringing tacterion’s plyon® sensor technology to different industries. As a Recruiting and People Ops Intern (m/f/d) you will actively source tomorrow’s rockstars and help shape tacterion’s employer brand.
- Create and publish job descriptions together with the operations managers.
- Screen incoming applications.
- Coordinate and support interviews and prepare follow-ups.
- Actively source potential candidates via LinkedIn and Xing.
- Help sharpen tacterion’s employer brand by reviewing our processes and driving initiatives.
