We are looking for a strong leader who will take over the ownership for our premium partnerships.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead your team consisting out of 7 members including Software Developers, Marketers, and Business Development Managers. Together with your team, you will have full ownership for the premium partnerships of TeleClinic
  • Position TeleClinic as the No1 partner for online doctor visits for health insurances in Germany by attending conferences, building up relationships to decision-makers at insurances and publishing articles about our offering.
  • Negotiate new partnerships, extend existing ones & take care that we make existing partner happy to have long and sustainable partnerships
  • Be responsible for the acquisition and activation of all premium patients on the TeleClinic platform
  • Create stellar reports showing what benefits TeleClinic brings to our premium partners, especially what positive impact we have on cost savings and member satisfaction
  • Be a mentor for your team members, help them to continuously grow and reach their targets
  • Be part of our extended management team and are responsible for all B2B related strategy and planning processes

What you need to be successful:

  • Growth Mindset: Have a successful background of scaling revenues in a high growth environment
  • Leadership: Easily move others to action by planning, motivating, organizing and controlling work being done. Experience in managing cross-functional teams is a plus
  • Tech-Savvy: Know how a product integrates into a partners technology stack to set up a successful partnership. You are able to set up highly automated processes by choosing the right software
  • Experienced Negotiator & Proven Track-Record in building successful relationships: Know how to build lasting relationships with key decision-makers of big companies
  • Strong financial, analytical, modeling, and writing skills: You feel comfortable with building hands-on excel models and setting up stellar presentations to convince others of your ideas
