The Role 

We’re looking for a candidate that will lead our Customer Success team of, currently, four individuals. They will be focused on all our existing accounts across key verticals such as airports, retail, shopping malls, smart cities, in support of Ariadne’s customer onboarding and project implementation plan. The person will develop a strong partnership with the sales, engineering, product management and delivery teams to ensure that from pilot to roll-out, the customer will be delivered the promised value from Ariadne’s solution. They will also be responsible for our platforms’ adoption at customer user level, secure customer retention upon contract renewal as well as extracting further value from existing customer base. 

This role requires a self-motivated person excited to dig into new technologies and help shape the future of actionable insight generation from capturing people flow.   

Ideal Profile & Responsibilities 

  • Related experience working in a Customer Success role.  
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to bring structure to and succeed in complex niche environments as well as strong prioritization skills with the ability to drive multiple concurrent projects from beginning to end. 
  • Sales Skills: Partners with Account Executives to design upsell strategies for unique customer  needs; creates long-term customer relationships. 
  • Leadership Skills: Influence others with direct reporting responsibilities. 
  • Market/customer Knowledge: Acts as a resource to customers based on intimate knowledge  of relevant verticals (as mentioned above). 
  • Creative Thinker: Solves complex problems which may require unique solutions.  
  • Level of Guidance: Able to work independently or with a team.  Requires low supervision,  but willingly stays connected to the group.   
  • Level of Customer Contact: Front line customer interface representing Ariadne in project implementation as well as value extraction interactions (potential traveling required). 
  • Strategic Impact for Ariadne – Build long-term customer relationships that enhance customer lifetime value. 
  • Languages: German native speaker and English business fluent. 

 

We’d love it even more if you 

  • Carry experience in Location Intelligence Industry. 
  • Don’t have experience in leading a Customer Success team and have the confidence and ambition to do so.
