We are full stack – from analytically sound investment theses over rapid MVPs to sophisticated deep-tech solutions, we have a variety of start-up projects ahead of us in several exciting verticals, such as FinTech, PropTech, Digital Health, Food & Beverage or MarTech. Among all corporate venture builders, we are the “strategic” one – we have a comprehensive view on strategy and governance questions around corporate venture building.


You will be part of the Stryber team – a dynamic team of top-notch experts that is highly motivated to create impact. Over the last five years, we have developed a solid and comprehensive framework for corporate innovation with a very thick secret sauce that is not easy to copy.

As Executive Assistant to our founders, your tasks and responsibilities includes:

  • Full ownership of their complex calendars using judgment to prioritise meetings and committing their time based on an in-depth understanding of their priorities and needs
  • Support our founders in their client engagement and business development projects i.e. manage and monitor their networking activities
  • Main contact person for team related topics and support them in prioritising requests
  • Collect and prepare data/information for use in discussion with the team and other external meetings
  • Organisation and preparation of all internal and external events they need to participate
  • General administrative tasks such as coordinating business trips, processing travel expenses and taking care of invoices etc.


  • 5+ years experience in supporting one or more executives in a professional services environment i.e. Consulting, Private Equity or VC company
  • Track record of assisting C-level managers with high-level inquiries and demands
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solution oriented and can-do attitude
  • Great multitasker with a strong eye for detail
  • Ability to prioritise and balance conflicting demands even on short notice
  • High level of proactivity and flexibility working in a fast paced environment, as well as a getting-shit-done mentality
  • Excellence in maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Fluency in English and German is a must
