• Comprehensive development of the Microsoft-based CRM system: identify, consult and manage various stakeholders.
• Define and design IT solutions with the goal of automating processes and providing an innovative experience and excellent usability.
• Support large cross-team projects and realize independent subprojects.
• Create innovative solution architectures and develop technical specifications.
• Be responsible for the full cycle of development from technical specifications to implementation, including testing, rollout, and documentation.
• Develop, maintain and provide real-time support for CRM interfaces to subsystems.
• Be a contact person for CRM-related IT topics, processes, and requirements.

• You have completed studies in (business) computer science and several years of relevant professional experience or comparable qualification.
• You possess exceptional knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud development and data engineering (C#/.NET and JavaScript)
• You have a proven record of development with Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft’s Azure DevOps environment:
• Power Automate, Logical App, Functional App in Azure, Azure Messaging and Queuing
• You understand software architectures and interface technologies (e.g. REST, SOAP, XML, OData, OAuth2, …)
• You are self-driven; you take initiative and you’re a strong analytical thinker.
• You have strong, goal-oriented communication skills and cross-departmental team orientation
• You are fluent or business fluent German, and have good English skills
