Working in a cross-functional team of software developers, marketers, and business development managers, you will be responsible to successfully manage all our public insurance premium partners.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide our premium public insurance partners with monthly reports showing how they reach high satisfaction with their members, improve patient outcomes and decrease costs
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process with all of our partners from joint press releases to members’ validation and setting up our co-marketing and co-branding efforts.
  • Be responsible for automation of all monthly billing processes with our premium public insurance partners
  • Come up with new ideas for your product and sales colleagues about how we can improve our platform and pricing to fulfill the needs of our premium partners better and further develop our offering.

What you need to be successful:

  • Proven track record in building successful relationships: You are an empathetic listener with a genuine interest in understanding clients’ viewpoints. You know how to build lasting relationships with key decision-makers of big companies.
  • Proven Analytical Skills: You are able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it, and achieve penetrating insights. You have hands-on experience in setting up quantitative reports.
  • Strong presentation skills: You love drafting compelling story-lines to convince others of your ideas. You are strong at setting up stellar presentations conveying your ideas.
  • Digital Lover: You are convinced that digitalisation will profoundly change how companies interact with their customers and enjoy setting up consumer-friendly digital processes.
  • Knowledge of how German public health insurances: You understand how German health insurances are regulated, what drives their success, and what challenges they face. You find the industry fascinating and thrive in making it more digital and customer-facing.
