Sastrify supports Tech, Finance and Procurement teams in buying and renewing SaaS subscriptions so they can focus on what matters while we save their time and money by applying best practices in SaaS buying and using a dedicated procurement team that benefits from a large database of benchmarks.

What You Will Do

  • Improving sales processes within our CRM system (Pipedrive, maybe Hubspot)
  • Identifying new target accounts and leads and enriching their data (e.g. via Crunchbase)
  • Defining new outreach templates, preparing & executing A/B sales sequences
  • Keeping track of KPIs (e.g. open rates, meetings booked, sales velocity)
  • Alignment of sales and marketing efforts, review of new sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn)



  • Entrepreneurial mindset!
  • Current studies in Business Administration or similar field
  • Ideally having some work experience in a similar role
  • Teamplayer and excellent communicator in written and verbal form (German and English)
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Comfortable working remotely (we don’t have an office)
  • Available for at least 3 months (40 hours/week)
  • Based in Germany and having a valid work permit
