We are Stryber – the largest independent corporate portfolio builder in the DACH region. We help our clients launch new digital ventures from scratch (and fix the strategy behind it) as well as build our own ventures.

Job Description

Stryber is looking for an analytical and creative growth expert to develop and execute a strategy for external communications to help our sales unit drive business forward, inspire our staff to live our values, and ensure clear, consistent, and desired brand messages are delivered to all partners, internal stakeholders, and employees. Essentially, you are the Growth Marketer for Stryber and its brand focusing on awareness, content and lead generation.

  • Development and execution of a communication and marketing strategy that supports Stryber’s business objectives and is representative of its brand and talent
  • Build a consistent and strong image of the Stryber brand in close collaboration with our PR team
  • Design and implement growth strategies using all known marketing channels focusing on performance marketing to creatively reach our target groups
  • Support the development of Stryber’s employer branding strategy, including positioning, messaging, strategic partnerships and opportunities to attract and retain talent
  • Monitor new and trending Marcom trends and implement accordingly
  • Cultivate and maintain influencer, business, and trade media relationships
  • Responsibility for the marketing and communications budget

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of integrated communications and marketing experience preferably in startups and/or venture capital
  • Experience in building a marketing organization and external communications
  • Experience in Growth Hacking, Performance Marketing and Account Based Marketing
  • Understanding and experience managing digital and online channels
  • Experience developing content strategies for social media channels and career channels is a plus
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Awareness of, curiosity about, and affinity for new technologies and channels for communication
  • Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and relationship skills
  • “can do” attitude and an abundance of creativity
  • Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as well as the judgement to raise appropriately
  • Data-driven thinker
