YOUR TASKS

  • General administration of Jira projects, Confluence spaces, Service Desk, being subject matter expert
  • Troubleshoot, identify and resolve issues reported by end-users within the Atlassian suite
  • Design and maintain custom projects, workflows, schemes, screens, and field configurations
  • Manage user permissions and project roles for JIRA, Confluence and other tools
  • Ability to manage Confluence security, spaces, design and integrations with JIRA
  • Recommend, test, install, and configure JIRA plugins and add-ons as needed
  • Utilize individual passion and curiosity to advance skills and remain current on the latest technologies, plugins, and scripting for integration to workflows and core infrastructure

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years’ experience in JIRA & Confluence Cloud (Server/Data Center),  Service Desk administration for software/non-software teams
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Atlassian installations, migrations, and upgrades while customizing workflows
  • Excellent understanding of permission, notification and screen schemes, custom JQL filters and dashboards, generating reports
  • Experience with scripting / programming / automation strongly preferred (Script Runner or similar, Atlassian Command Line Interface (CLI), etc.)
  • You have a motivated personality while maintaining patience with constant interruptions and multiple requests, manage multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • You have excellent English skills (at least C1 level)

Nice to have:

  • Atlassian certification  (Atlassian Administrator | Jira/Confluence, Atlassian Service Desk Administrator) would be beneficial
  • Familiar with Agile methodology, experience in working/setup with agile teams
