This first role in our Sales team offers an exciting mix of responsibilities for our inbound channels, account management and outbound activities. In addition, you will continuously improve our sales processes and increase the team’s effectiveness.

In this role you will

  • be the main point of contact for inbound prospects guiding them through the entire purchase process up to the conclusion of a contract
  • accompany key and enterprise accounts throughout their customer journey by coordinating renewals and upgrades, leading check-in calls and reporting feedback to the team
  • engage in selected outbound activities like webinars and conferences (no cold calling)
  • improve our sales processes, toolchains and materials

The role is perfect for you if you

  • are able to convince people with your presentation and storytelling skills
  • have previous sales experience, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • are tech savvy, experience in B2B SaaS is a plus
  • are a strong communicator in English, German is a plus
  • actively listen and use your empathy to finding the right tone for each situation
  • are flexibly available to cover both European and US time zones
